Part I: Content Creation

The right content and branding are important as they can strengthen a company's image which builds trust. When we meet with clients, we ask questions to learn about the industry and target audience to determine the right type of content that the company needs to implement.

Part II: Social Media Management

After we have the content ready, we can start distributing it across your social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As users engage with your content, we can suggest an action for them to take such as to claim a special offer, visit the return policy, etc. Good customer service extends to social media channels too. Part III: Advertising

Content alone won't sell.

A strong advertising campaign will drive traffic to the brand you've been building and will provide the many touchpoints that are necessary to make a sale. 

Depending on your target market, we can advertise on any of the following platforms:

  • Facebook

  • Google Network

Generally, our e-commerce sales ads consist of three parts.

First, we launch a set of awareness ads aimed at educating users on a topic or at introducing a product.


Second, we retarget those that saw the awareness ad to encourage them to consider a product.

Third, we push an offer and show ads to those that haven't made a purchase.

All results are captured through the Facebook Pixel.

Monthly retainer

Our monthly retainer starts at $4,000 (ad spend not included) and can include:

  • Content creation (graphics, photography, videos, etc.)
  • Social media management (sharing content, engaging with users, etc.)
  • Advertising (ad creation with retargeting, CRM automation, etc.)

What about ad spend?

This is a separate cost that will generally start off at $1,000 per month to determine what the cost of a sale is. After we identify each sale cost, we can forecast results with larger budgets.
