Palace Interior is one of the largest window blind companies in the South Florida area, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

We started working with Palace Interior towards the end of 2021 when they reached out to us to learn how they could generate more appointments for their business and diversify their marketing which was heavily skewed towards print media.
Print was working but they wanted to see how they could improve their margins and increase sales overall. Digital was new territory for them and there was a lot they didn't know about the big players, namely Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

The Solution: Targeted & Measurable Campaigns
When it comes to selling window blinds, it's common for homeowners (and businesses) to call a window blinds company to schedule an estimate at their home or office.
This is the business model we like to work with as we deliver inbound calls and contact form submissions for our clients from people interested in scheduling their consultation, appointment, etc.
Since Palace Interior wanted to dip its toes in digital before spending substantially more, we opted for Google ads as the starting point. This is because we knew Google would provide the highest quality leads in a short amount of time, allowing our clients to see results within the first month.
Taking market share from window treatment competitors on Google
In the beginning, we ran our Google ads in Miami-Dade and Broward counties and were able to be competitive against local and nationwide brands that were already spending big money on the platform.
To be specific, we generated 60 leads in the first month of December 2021. Now, we're at 150 per month from Google campaigns alone and have branched out into the Palm Beach area.
Google continues to be a powerful channel for our client as it delivers consistent lead volume and outperforms several print channels in sales margin month-over-month.
Running video ads for window shades on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
After a few months of implementing Google, we started advertising on Facebook and Instagram through Meta.
This was a good way to start diversifying our efforts online and to reach a new audience that might not have been looking for window blinds. In this case, impactful creative, mainly video content, made it possible for us to convince users to take action and schedule an estimate right away.
All in all, it's been successful at generating more interest in the services, to the tune of 50+ leads each month. Like Google, we've attained better margins from Meta ads than traditional media.

As part of our process, we did the following:
Advertised on Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Both channels allowed us to (1) reach people actively looking for window blinds and (2) convince people that weren't already looking for blinds that they could find their favorites with Palace Interior.
Created dedicated landing pages: Using landing pages for the campaign made it possible for us to turn more clicks into calls.
Recorded calls: By recording all of the inbound calls, we were able to show them (1) that the calls were of high quality and (2) where their money was going each month.
